With the NeuroCare Rehabilitation Clinic, patients with neurological diseases have access to a rehabilitation clinic for phases C and D of rehabilitation, embedded within the Salzburg University Hospitals network. The primary focus of the NeuroCare Rehabilitation Clinic Salzburg is the neurorehabilitative treatment of patients with diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system, as well as rehabilitation after neurosurgical procedures and brain injuries, with a total of 29 beds available to our patients in single and double rooms. The owners of NeuroCare are, each with a 50 percent share, Humanocare GmbH and Gemeinnützige Salzburger Landeskliniken Betriebsgesellschaft mbH.

With the Münster Rehabilitation Center, Tyrol has one of the most modern rehabilitation centers in all of Austria. The main medical focuses are on neurological rehabilitation (especially after strokes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's syndrome), rehabilitation for cardiovascular diseases (e.g., after heart attacks, bypass surgeries) and lung diseases (such as COPD, chronic bronchial asthma), as well as oncological and psychosocial rehabilitation: a total of 332 beds are available. The facility has a floor area of 16,000 square meters spread over five floors and was opened in 2011 and expanded in 2020.

Located in the heart of Salzburg, the facility offers its patients local outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation at the highest medical-therapeutic level. The rehabilitation of spinal diseases is a focus, and this complex form of therapy is particularly oriented towards the needs of working patients within a multimodal therapeutic approach. Our first-class equipped therapy facility is located in the premises of the Salzburg University Hospital, Building A - of the State Hospital.

For the first time, there is an outpatient rehabilitation center in Salzburg for localized and work-compatible rehabilitation for diseases in the areas of musculoskeletal disorders, oncology, respiratory organs, cardiology, metabolism, neurology, and psychiatry. There are no costs for patients; the services are covered by the responsible pension insurance institution or social insurance providers for insured individuals.

The REHA Zentrum Salzburg is located on the grounds of the Salzburg University Hospital - State Hospital and operates two additional locations. For neurological conditions, outpatient rehabilitation is carried out on the grounds of the Christian Doppler Clinic, and outpatient psychiatric rehabilitation (APR) is located on Imbergstraße.
