KR Mag. Julian M. Hadschieff
CEO and OWNER
Julian Hadschieff studied Business Administration in Innsbruck and completed the Executive Program at the Harvard School of Public Health. Hadschieff founded the Humanocare Group about 35 years ago. He began his professional career in the Presidential Department 1 of the Office of the Tyrolean Regional Government as a project manager for the establishment of today's Tyrolean Clinics. He is also the founder of the PremiQaMed Group, Austria's leading private clinic group, which he headed as CEO until 2023.

Hadschieff was a member of the Austrian speed skating national team and also of the disabled ski World Cup and Paralympic team. Another of his passions is collecting contemporary art, and as president of the Austrian Disabled Sports Association and vice-president of the Austrian Paralympic Committee. The inclusion of people with disabilities is very important to him.
Doctorin. Pia Hadschieff
Managing Director
With her knowledge as a general practitioner, holding diplomas from the Austrian Medical Association in occupational medicine, palliative medicine, and geriatrics, Pia Hadschieff is an indispensable expert for the Humanocare Group. In her profession, she worked for a long time as a ward physician in geriatrics and subsequently served as an occupational physician for various companies over many years, again with a focus on senior care facilities.

Occupational health issues, as well as health and performance-related factors in the workplace, are among her core competencies. The preservation and promotion of employees' health and performance are close to her heart.

Karl Aschinger, MSc
Head of Controlling & IT
Since February, he has been responsible for Controlling, Accounting, and IT within the Humanocare Group, combining strategic oversight with operational execution strength. He complemented his solid business administration education at WU Vienna with a specialization in Controlling & Financial Leadership in Krems.

Professionally, he gained several years of experience in international corporations. He was responsible for strategic financial management, among other things, with Digital & BI leadership also representing a large part of his work.

With his economic and technical expertise, networked thinking, and pragmatic approach, he is a valued sparring partner for our management as well as a contact person for a wide range of technical topics within the team.

In his private life, he prefers to be on the move: he spends a lot of time hiking with his „water“ dog, and recharges his batteries with golf, tennis, or padel.
Sabine Böhler, MA
Project Management
Sabine completed her studies in Nonprofit, Social, and Health Management and Entrepreneurship & Tourism and then joined the Humanocare Group directly. She started as a project assistant at the time and initially supported the opening of a rehabilitation facility, and was involved in many different topics in the area of project management.

After that, she decided to switch to controlling. Sabine completed a controlling training course while working and, as part of the controlling team, helps shape reporting and documentation for the Humanocare facilities.
Paulina Brier BSc
Executive Assistant
Paulina holds a degree in Business Psychology and brings diverse professional experience: she worked for several years with a tax advisor and as an executive assistant.

In the family-owned company, the Lower Austrian was active in financial accounting and as an executive assistant. 

Furthermore, she worked for two years as a project manager at the Zukunftsinstitut and was most recently employed by a large corporation. 

Paulina is enthusiastic about sports and enjoys traveling.
Elia Gasser, MSc
Controlling
As a controller at Humanocare, Elia is primarily responsible for the figures of the rehabilitation centers and is always on the lookout for new approaches and more efficient processes. Building on a degree in management with a focus on controlling from WU Vienna and the University of St. Gallen, Elia brings experience in controlling, financial modeling, and process optimization.

His conceptual strength for monitoring and control tools has already been utilized on both the corporate and SME sides.
Viktoria Hadschieff, PhD
Head of Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects
Viktoria studied Neurobiology at the Medical University of Vienna and completed her PhD at the University of Innsbruck. After several years at a large pharmaceutical company, where she held various positions from marketing to market access, she brings extensive scientific and business expertise to our company.

In her current role, she is responsible for the strategic projects of the Humanocare Group and plays a significant part in their implementation. She not only keeps an overview of ongoing initiatives but also develops new impulses to strengthen and advance the company in the long term. In doing so, she will be traveling throughout Austria to visit our locations, foster exchange, and actively shape new projects.

As the owner's daughter, Viktoria has been closely associated with the company for many years. It's all the more wonderful that she is now actively contributing her expertise to us.

She prefers to spend her free time being active in nature, and she enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter.
Fabienne Heigl, BA
Project Management 
Fabienne studied Social and Health Management at the Management Center Innsbruck and has previously worked in project management in various organizations, including ARGE Tiroler Altenheime.

Since 2021, she has been part of the Humanocare team and is our all-rounder in the Tyrolean office, always keeping an overview of the different topics and areas of responsibility. Fabienne manages various projects. In addition to project management, her range of tasks is diverse and extends from quality management in the facilities and quarterly reports for Tyrolean nursing homes to technical support and website design.
Dr. Lorenz Hohenauer, MBA MPA
Procurator & Managing Director of Operations
As authorized signatory, Lorenz heads up the Tyrol location and is the managing director of the Reha Zentrum Münster as well as the management representative for three Tyrolean nursing homes. He began his professional career at the largest national transport company and helped build several operational control centers.

As a trained economic psychologist and qualified disaster and crisis manager, he has implemented, among other things, a peer system for emergency interventions during his many years of work in the transport industry. He also held a management position in a large and well-known non-profit organization. Lorenz has built up an extensive professional network. As a native Tyrolean, he not only loves the Tyrolean mountains, but is also an enthusiastic art and wine lover.
Mag.a Chahat Kapur-Ghelani
Project Management & QM
Chahat studied Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. Her interest in the healthcare sector was first sparked during her business education at the University of New Orleans. She has further specializations, for example in controlling, and also worked as an assistant at the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics.

Since 2016, Chahat has been part of the Humanocare team, taking on quality management and specializing as a certified healthcare quality and risk manager. Chahat has overseen the Humanocare QM certification and also supports Humanocare facilities in this area. Additionally, she is currently responsible for administration at the Brandenberg nursing home and for management at the Marienheim Reith.
Elisabeth Kräftner
Assistant to Regional Management Salzburg
Immediately after graduating from HBLA, Elisabeth entered the hotel and catering industry, where she worked for many years, including as a team leader. She also worked in inside sales at W.L. Gore Associates Salzburg (BY Wass GmbH) before returning to the hotel industry. Most recently, she worked as Directorate Assistant at the Hotel Altstadt Radisson Blu Salzburg.
Elisabeth has taken over the secretarial duties in the Salzburg office since October.
Arnold Kreil
Project Management
Arnold comes from hotel management and has many years of experience in the hotel industry. His desire to manage a nursing home led him to the Humanocare Group. Since July 2007, he has been the director of the Haus für Senioren in Absam, where he is responsible for operational matters.

Furthermore, he is involved in project management and participates in various Humanocare projects.
Kevin Kupper, MSc
Head of Corporate Development &          
Managing Director Operations 
Kevin is responsible for the further development of the Humanocare Group. Building on his business administration studies at WU Vienna, he specialized in Controlling & Financial Leadership in Krems. This was followed by several years of work in an international corporation in investment controlling. The broad range of responsibilities, including the oversight of foreign subsidiaries (along with a multi-month stay abroad), was complemented by leadership roles in various sub-projects for the new setup and standardization of planning across multiple international companies in SAP.

In addition to his economic and technical expertise, he is an enthusiastic athlete and a sparring partner for various topics within the team due to his broad knowledge.
Mag.a Gerlinde Limbeck
Authorized signatory and managing director of operations
As managing director and regional manager, Gerlinde heads up the Salzburg site and is responsible for the rehabilitation and care facilities in Salzburg. With a degree in political science and communication studies, she is an important sparring partner for the Humanocare team in matters of communication, networks, and marketing.

She lives with her family in the city of Salzburg. As a lover of nature and culture, Gerlinde appreciates and enjoys the mountains, the lake, and in winter, the snow in her homeland.
Mag. Isabel Loveys, BSc
Project Management 
Isabel studied economics at the University of Innsbruck and previously attended a college for tourism and leisure management. She brings her technical expertise to business development and supports the head of the department on strategic projects. Currently, she is intensively involved in ongoing initiatives, conducts research, and creates important foundations for well-informed decisions.

She prefers to spend her free time actively: The Tyrolean mountains are her sanctuary, where she recharges her batteries while hiking and enjoys special moments with her family.
Mag. Bernhard Reiter
Head of Legal & Managing Director Operations
Bernhard serves as the Managing Director for two Humanocare facilities and is responsible for the legal affairs of the group. He studied law and subsequently worked for several years in the telecommunications industry in Austria and Germany. Following that, he was responsible for HR, Legal & Compliance within an international banking group. Before moving to the healthcare sector at Humanocare, he led the HR and Legal departments at a security company.

As a family man and father, his free time is primarily dedicated to his two daughters. Bernhard enjoys cycling and tries out new ski tours in the winter. He is particularly proud of his title „Chief Barbecue Officer.“.
Andreas Reitermayer, MA
CFO & Authorized Signatory
In addition to financial management, Andreas is responsible for investment management, due diligence reviews, and mergers and acquisitions. After completing his studies with a focus on healthcare management and strategic corporate management, Andreas worked in various roles within an international corporate structure, ranging from accounting and controlling to project management, acquiring broad expertise. He then moved into the healthcare industry and has been shaping the corporate development of the Humanocare Group since 2016.

As CFO of Humanocare, he intimately knows the company's financial DNA and understands how to ensure economic viability in a healthcare operation.
Mag.a Hannelore Roeck
Procurement Officer & Head of Nursing Management
Managing Director of Operations
Hannelore has been with the company since 1999, making her the bedrock of the Humanocare employee group. During this long period, the business economist has been responsible for a wide variety of tasks and facilities. She is currently the managing director or authorized representative for three Tyrolean nursing homes that Humanocare manages on behalf of municipalities. She is also responsible for controlling all managed nursing homes in Tyrol and participates in various projects. She represents Humanocare on various committees and is a member of the board of the Federal Association Lebenswelt Heim, deputy chairman of the working group Tyrolean Homes, and a member of the expert committee for nursing care at the Chamber of Commerce.

Her passion is traveling and getting to know foreign cultures and countries, and as a native of Gastein, she also enjoys skiing.
Martina Aichelburg-Rumerskirch MBA
Project Management Nursing
Martina is responsible for project management, nursing controlling, and nursing education and training.

After completing her training as a certified general nurse and her studies in social and hospital management (including at the WU Vienna), she spent many decades as a head nurse and head of nursing services responsible for establishing and managing (nearly a dozen) healthcare facilities, or worked as a director of nursing.

She has been employed at Humanocare since 2013.

In her free time, she loves to row and is in the mountains as often as possible, regardless of the season.
Natascha Unger
Back Office Vienna
All the threads converge with Natascha at our Vienna office.

After over 10 years of experience in high-level administrative support within two corporations, Natascha joined the Humanocare team. Her responsibilities include executive assistant duties for the management in Vienna and all back-office affairs in Vienna.
Mag.a Julia Zleptnig
Head of Communications | People & Culture 
Julia is responsible for our team spirit, as well as our internal and external image.

She began her career at an Austrian media company with a degree in law. For many years, she held various leadership positions at an infrastructure company, focusing on HR and communication; finally, she was responsible for corporate employer branding there. Afterward, she moved to the healthcare industry as an Employer Branding Representative and HR Senior Expert. Before joining the Humanocare team, she headed up personnel development at a university of applied sciences. Now, she is increasingly dedicated to communication and HR matters.
