1993 Julian M. Hadschieff founded Humanocare as managing partner with partners.

From 1995, Step by Step senior residences were added:

The first two houses were owned by Wiener Städtische, which held a majority stake in Humanocare.

More and more municipalities or municipal associations are commissioning Julian Hadschieff to manage their own care facilities. Humanocare has developed into a leading operator of care facilities in Tyrol.

2008 Julian Hadschieff took over the shares and has been the sole owner of Humanocare since 2011.

2008 A new business area was added with the development and operation of rehabilitation facilities. Julian Hadschieff, together with partners, established 4 rehabilitation centers in Salzburg and Tyrol.

2010 Hadschieff founded a neurological rehabilitation facility and a specialized nursing facility for people with special needs in Salzburg with two Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). Humanocare operates these in the closest cooperation with the University Hospitals for Geriatrics and Neurology in Salzburg.

2020 Humanocare opened the outpatient REHA Center Salzburg on the grounds of the University Hospital Salzburg. For the first time in an outpatient center in Salzburg, it is possible to combine rehabilitation with work for illnesses in the fields of internal medicine, orthopedics, neurology, and psychiatry.

Since 2012 ORTHO Reha Salzburg, formerly Rehab Salzburg am Kapuzinerberg, is the specialist for outpatient spinal rehabilitation in Salzburg. In cooperation with the REHA Zentrum Salzburg, the facility is now a leader in outpatient and work-integrated rehabilitation for disorders of the musculoskeletal system and rheumatology. The facility is located on the grounds of the Salzburg University Hospital.

The outpatient clinic at the Vordernberg detention center is organized as a private medical facility in the form of an independent outpatient clinic according to modern standards and humanitarian principles, and is operated by our subsidiary, Gesundheitsfürsorge Vordernberg.
