1993 Julian M. Hadschieff founded Humanocare, driving the company's vision forward as managing partner alongside strategic business partners.

From 1995 onward: Humanocare continuously expanded its portfolio, adding premier senior residences step by step across Austria:

Strategic Partnerships: The first two facilities were developed in cooperation with Wiener Städtische, which held a majority stake in Humanocare during this foundational growth phase.

2008 Julian M. Hadschieff acquired all remaining shares in the company, becoming the sole owner and visionary leader of the Humanocare Group by 2011.

2008 Entry into Rehabilitation: Humanocare expanded into a new business sector by developing and operating specialized rehabilitation facilities. Together with strategic partners, Julian M. Hadschieff established four premier rehabilitation centers across Salzburg and Tyrol.

2010 Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs): Through two landmark Public-Private Partnerships in Salzburg, Hadschieff founded a neurological rehabilitation facility alongside a specialized nursing facility for individuals with complex needs. Humanocare operates both institutions in close, seamless collaboration with the Salzburg University Hospitals for Geriatrics and Neurology.

2020 Outpatient REHA Zentrum Salzburg: Humanocare launched the outpatient REHA Zentrum Salzburg on the campus of the Salzburg University Hospital. This pioneering facility introduced Salzburg's first work-compatible outpatient rehabilitation program, spanning internal medicine, orthopedics, neurology, and psychiatry.

Strategic Evolution of ORTHO Reha Salzburg: Since 2012 ORTHO Reha Salzburg (formerly Rehab Salzburg am Kapuzinerberg) has served as the region's leading specialist for outpatient spinal rehabilitation. Located on the Salzburg University Hospital campus and working in close alignment with the REHA Zentrum Salzburg, the facility stands as an industry leader in outpatient, work-integrated rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and rheumatological disorders.
